Chris Shearburn

Chris Shearburn comes to Southern Solar after having previous experience in aerospace with McDonnell-Douglas and Boeing. As the Vice President since 2008, Chris provides business strategy as well as systems engineering and development for Southern Solar. His passion for solar energy developed during his time working at the University of Wisconsin’s Solar Energy Laboratory in Madison, WI. Chris has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
